Linda leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Linda’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Linda will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Adams, Jr. and Odessa Richardson (Lyle Adams); her husband Sgt. James Earl Herring; and her siblings, Raymon Marion (Lillian), Brucie Richardson and Marcus Richardson.
She is survived by: her children, Aron Herring (Lisa), James Herring (Lisa), Crystal Herring Jones (Gerald) and Sonia Herring Washington; and her sister-in-law Nanette Richardson. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Refreshing Springs Church of God in Christ (3112 Easy St, Kokomo, IN 46902). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
