He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Carroll Sr. and Eule Carroll (Ketchem); his wife Peggy Suzanne Hart; and his granddaughter Shalynn Carroll. He is survived by: his children, Brian Carroll, Lori Carroll and James Carroll; his grandchildren, Bryant (Jessica), Britan (Lexi), Brandon, Serina and Chelsee (Dustin); and his siblings, Walter Jr., Evelyn, Shirley, Barbara and Doris. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
