She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Brown and Evelyn Brown (Crosley); her daughter Patricia "Patty" Cavaness; her grandson Justin Pickering; and her brothers, Dr. Earl Brown, John Brown and Dr. William Brown.

She is survived by: her son Michael Pickering (Shirley); her grandson Adam Pickering (Katie); and her great grandchildren, Mason Pickering and Haley Pickering.
