She is survived by: her mother Sarah Lay (Shoffner); her siblings, Edith Beason (Cotton), Raymer Lay (Lena Mae), Delano Lay (Emma), Harold Lay and Wanda Williams (Bruce); her siblings-in-law, Alma Jean Kivett (Richard) and Clint Johnson (Bessie); her son-in-law Kenneth Ray Mumaw; her husband Paul Johnson; her daughters, Patricia Mumaw of Greentown, IN, Cathy Wheeler (David) of Sevierville, TN, Connie Percifield (Mike) of Converse, IN and Pamela Anderson (Alan) of Kokomo, IN.; her grandchildren, Angel Williams (Dennis), Missy Hollis (Greg), Julianna Trent (Kevin), Jennifer Cummings (Troy), Brandi Wilgus (Jared), Holly Elizabeth Streit (Tim), Kelly Frazer (Brandon), Jeremy England and Justin England; her great grandchildren, Dillon Hollis, Maya Hollis, Kelanna Love Trent, Railyn Trent, Zane Trent, Abigail Wilgus, Allison Wilgus, Trevor Wilgus, Kaiden Cummings, Cole Cummings, Alyssa Streit, Logan Streit, Gavin Frazer, Brooklynn England and Ethan England; and her sisters-in-law, Carlean Lay and Elizabeth "Libby" Lay. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
