She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Newby and Opal Newby; her brother Bob Newby; and her husband George Raines. She is survived by: her children, Bruce Raines (Debbie), Cindy Raines, Natalie Raines (Tim) and Karen Catt (Brian).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Ellers Mortuary & Crematory Center (3400 S Webster St, Kokomo, IN 46902). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Ellers Mortuary (3400 S Webster St, Kokomo, IN 46902).
