She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale Robert and Jane Frances Lewis (Jessen). She is survived by: her husband Ed DeLoach; her children, Sherry L. Burgess and Joseph E. DeLoach; and her siblings, Dale R. Lewis Jr. and Virginia L. Sekulich.
