She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Ratcliff and Bethel Ratcliff (Barber); her husband Carrol L. Stout; her son-in-law Michael L. Radcliff; and her grandson-in-law Shaun P. Williams.

She is survived by: her daughter Gloria Radcliff Perry (Richard); her grandchildren, Tim Radcliff (Amy), Kimberly Shade (Kevin), Amy Schelle (Ashley) and Tyler Radcliff (Chelsea); her great grandchildren, Aiden of Flora, Ethan of Flora, Joshua of Flora, Andrew of Flora, John Radcliff of Flora, Zachary Williams, Fort Wayne, Bradley, Kaitlyn Williams of Kokomo, Isaac of Rushville, Caleb of Rushville, Levi of Rushville, Elias Schelle of Rushville, Charlotte and Virginia Radcliff of Kokomo; and her great great grandchild Harley Sue Williams (Fort Wayne).
