He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan H. Page and Mary L. Page (Anderson). He is survived by: his wife Christine M. Vollmer; his children, Tami L. Cook (Gary), Zach H. Page (Sara) and Brett T. Page (Lara); his grandsons, Hayden and Colin Cook; and his siblings, Russell Page, Stewart Page and David Freeman.
