He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert L. Hall and Nancy L. Hall (Culley); and his wife Kelly Hall. He is survived by: his siblings, DeAndrea Ford (Ronnie) and Chris Hall (Kim); his nephews, Byron Steele, Matthew Steele (Brittany) and Alexander Hall; his niece Kristin Hall; and his great-nephews, Hudson Steele, Connor Steele and Byron-Elliot Steele.
