It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Michael J. Tuberty of Kokomo, Indiana, born in Logansport, Indiana, who passed away on December 25, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold J. Tuberty and Virginia Tuberty (Wise); and his niece Sheilah. He is survived by: his former wife Judith K. Pasquale; his wife Judy; his children, Leisa N. Sunbury (Steve Sunbury) of Seymour and Christopher Tuberty (Kelly) of Kokomo; his brother Gary Tuberty (Nancy) of Boone, N. C.; his siblings-in-law, John Pasquale and Teresa Clark; his cousin Patty Rhoades; his grandchildren, Delaney, Morgan, Karley, Keegan and Meg; and his nieces and nephews, Shea, Peter, Erin, Jade, Vito, Liza and Tony. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or the Alzheimer's Association.
