With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nancy Jo Courts of Kokomo, Indiana, who passed away on May 23, 2026 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Nancy may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Nancy touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Bressler and Dorothy Bressler (Drabenstott); her former husband John Courts; her husband Lewis Hodson; her son David Hodson; her sister Pat Poulen; and her daughter-in-law Christie Hodson.
She is survived by: her children, John Hodson (Marsha Whitehead), Michael Hodson and Michelle Pratt (William); her daughter-in-law Carolyn Hodson; and her sister Jaqueline Quinn. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
