He was predeceased by: his parents, Orba A Kepner and Hazel B Kepner (Knight); his wife Judith Kepner (Dutchess); and his sons-in-law, Dan Boyle and Ernest Martin of Circleville, OH.
He is survived by: his daughters, Ann Boyle and Karen Martin Kepner of Lancaster, OH; his sister Roma Chism (Kepner); and his nieces and nephews, Kent Chism (Isabelle) and Kim Spray (Chism). He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to either Grace or Christ Lutheran Churches, FairHoPe Hospice, Main Street Terrace, or the ASPCA.
