She was predeceased by: her parents, Hazel Gines (Tonander) and Parley Gines; and her husband Richard Winston Forbes. She is survived by: her daughters, Allison Larson (Gordon), Carolyn Owens (Stanford) and Annette Sorensen (Craig). She is also survived by her three daughters, seven grandchildren, and eleven great-grandchildren.
