He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Miller and Mary Miller (Deeb); his father-in-law Fred Grove; and his siblings, John Miller, Mary Jo Hann, Harold Miller, Abraham Miller, Barbara Gregory and Edward Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Cynthia D. Grove; his children, Daniel Miller (Annie Meadows) and Kristin Goralski (Michael); his grandchildren, Kaylee and Brayden Goralski; his mother-in-law Patricia Grove; his sister-in-law Debora Hartke (Gerald); and his siblings, Joseph Miller and Freda Holzhausen. He is also survived by 31 nephews, nieces, numerous great-nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Phillip's memory to St Jude Children's Research Hospital.
