He was predeceased by: his parents, Ova "Obie" Spencer and Dema Spencer (Treadway); his daughter Rene' Spivey (Curtis); his wife Shirley Spencer; his sister Carol Coate; and his son-in-law Michael Walker.
He is survived by: his daughters, Nanette Walker (Michael), Valerie Little (Edward) and Kimberly Crow (Reid); his grandchildren, Jesse Crow (Amanda), Jacob Crow and Alex Spivey; and his great grandchild Eliana Crow.
