He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Frazier and Flora Frazier (Thomas); his brothers, Wayne Frazier and Jay Frazier; and his son-in-law Joseph Pinkerton.

He is survived by: his wife Betty Culbertson; his children, Timothy Frazier (Manuela) and Julie Pinkerton; his grandchildren, Max, Megan Frazier, Casey and Charlie Pinkerton; and also Elise Marie Frazier.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Kokomo Humane Society, 729 E. Hoffer Street, Kokomo, Indiana, 46902.
