She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Ingram and Ruth Ingram (Fidler); her husband Tommy Lee Kirkpatrick; her siblings, Leroy Ingram, Eugene Ingram, Kenneth Ingram and Lorine Miller; her parents-in-law, Creatore and Marie Kirkpatrick; and her grandsons, Alexander Thaman and Benjamin Thaman.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kimberly Thaman (Christopher) of Westfield, IN and Susan Ives (Wayne) of Kokomo, IN; and her grandchildren, Cathleen Thaman, Jessica Gafkjen (Nathan), Ryan Perry (Abby Gough), Patrick Perry (Allyson), Jaci Arney (Matt) and Noel Ives (Amanda). She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Phyllis' memory to St. Patrick Catholic Church or the Alzheimer's Association.
