We are sad to announce that, on April 13, 2022, at the age of 83, Phyllis Joan Scott of Kokomo, Indiana, born in Tipton, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Earl Conwell; her husband Fred W. Scott Sr.; her sons, David Long and Kraig Scott; and her brother Richard Conwell.

She is survived by: her family Feud; her children, Tom Smith (Teresa), Jean Heaton (Denny), Kelly Petrey (Clyde), Fred W. Scott Jr., Kevin Scott, William Scott (Diana) and Jackie Long; and her grandchildren, Jason, Michael, Kim, Jennifer, Damon, Kasey, Brock, Cristy, Kristina, Matt, Andy, Cara, Jessica, Brenton, Brandon, Luke, Trisha and Nicole. She is also survived by several great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
