He was predeceased by : his father Samuel K. Alspaugh; and his daughter Kerrie Lynn Alspaugh. He is survived by : his mother Donna Prather (Wisehart); his sisters, Rhonda Wisehart and Rita Kay Owens; and his niece Amanda Miller. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
