(Lib), Campbell (Tom) of Raleigh, NC, Elaine S. (Laine) and Lipson (Garry) of Pittsboro, NC..

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Shiloh United Methodist Church, or We Care Kokomo.
