He is survived by: his children, Derrik Ailor, Tony Carpenter, Bradley Carpenter, Adam Carpenter, Payden Carpenter and Preston Carpenter; his grandchildren, Charlie, Betsy and Lyra; and his siblings, Greg Carpenter, Troy Carpenter (Tammy) and Sonja Stollings (Ed).
