He was predeceased by: his parents, Russel Reef and Aliene Reef (Myers); his siblings, Ray, Joe Reef and Dorothy Bradley (Reef); his grandson Micah Kercheval; his son-in-law Matthew Brady; and his brother-in-law Bishop Harold Strange.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ann Reef (Davis); his sister Sue Strange (Reef); his grandson Karl Kercheval; his children, Robin Reef, Patty Wells, Gordon Reef (Angela), Tracy Reef and Russ Reef (Katrina); his grandchildren, Autumn Brady, Jessica Kercheval (Karl), Richard, Steven Wells, Morgan Fullam (Tyrel), Caleb Howe (Jessica), Makenzi Howe, Josh Reef, Kristin and Kayla Blackburn (Casey); his great grandchildren, Alexis Snell (Matthew), Regan Brady (Reyn Smith), London, Jordan Brady, Bronson, Kohen, Lincoln Kercheval, Reece, Hudson Fullam, Delaney, Kadence Howe, Natalie Reef, Ronan Pettis, Mya and Chloe Blackburn; and his great great grandchildren, Zayah and Skye Snell. He is also survived by several children, grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Stout & Son Russiaville Chapel (200 E Main St, Russiaville, IN 46979). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Stout & Son Funeral Home (200 E Main St, Russiaville, IN 46979).
Memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to help assist the family with final expenses.
