He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Burkett Collier and Anna Louise Collier (Williams). He is survived by: his wife Loretta Carol Buchanan; his children, Kim Shelton (Jim), Jenny Martin (Jeff) and Jonathan Collier (Cathy); and his grandchildren, Christopher, Rebekah, Anna Shelton, Katie, Allie, Caleb Martin, Riley, Cameron and Adam Collier. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Crossroads Community Church (4254 S 00ew, Kokomo, IN 46902).
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to Celebrate Recovery.
