He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Whitehead and Alice Whitehead (Amorin). He is survived by: his wife Grace Whitehead; his children, Christopher Whitehead (Missy) and Emily; his granddaughter Aliana Polanco; and his brother Roy (Jeanne). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
