He is survived by: his wife Tina Smith (Ortman); his children, Tammy Tinsley (Rachelle), Dawn Bennett (Jeff), Ginny Creason (Nathan) and Blake Smith (Jessica); his grandchildren, Chance Smith, Jacob Bordenet, Wade Ryan, MacKenzie, Reece, Kyndele, Carter, Logan and Cooper Creason; his niece Loree Haisley; and his nephew James Shutt Jr..
