He was predeceased by: his stepfather Clinton Harden; his brother-in-law Billy Mendoza; his aunts and uncles, Frank Snow, Johnny Snow, Laura McKay and Barbara Rice; his cousin Donnie J. Reynolds; and his grandparents, Ralph, Ethel Baxter, Susie McBee and Robert Reynolds.

He is survived by: his parents, Ronald N. Faris and Heather E. Faris; his wife Brittany E. Mendoza; his children, Cylas Baxter, Ronnie Baxter, Jr., Ameah Baxter, Alexandria Olivares and Ava Thompson; his siblings, Arien Baxter, Leah Faris, Haliegh Harden, Romeo Aldridge, Jesse Baxter and Kyle Zambrono; his nieces and nephews, Zain Lee, Kailyn Lee, Ashton Elrod, Alivia Baxter, Gabriel Mendoza, Airah Faris, Jayden Young, Amiyah VanWinkle, Delanie Wojtkiewicz, Jordan Powe, Jahiem Hill and Xavier Mendoza; his grandmothers, Wanda Reynolds and Lynn McKenney; his grandparents-in-law, William and Mary Clark; his aunts and uncles, Donnie Reynolds, Sam Faris, Ted Faris, Ricky Driver, Ted Driver, Mike Zell, Hunny, William "Mike" Lee, Lisa Reynolds, Max Clark, Paul Clark and Mark Clark; his parents-in-law, Sonja Reeves and Peter Mendoza; and his siblings-in-law, Kristi Hill and Mathew Mendoza.
