She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Howard and Mildred Pearl Langdon (Elkins); her husband Woody Luecke; and her brothers, David and Daniel Langdon.
She is survived by: her daughters, Deborah Street (Kyle) and Evelyn Baird (David); her grandchildren, Zachary Baird (Sara), Emily Baird and Heather Street; and her siblings-in-law, Sue Langdon and Delbert Luecke. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; great-nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be made in Ruth's name to Lutheran Church of Our Redeemer, St. Jude's Children's Hospital or Toys For Tots.
