She is survived by: her children, Alexia and Gavin; her parents, Sheila Phelps and Dave Phelps; her siblings, Jamie Sullivan, James Sullivan, Olivia Peter, Paul Bullins and Lacie Sullivan; her siblings' children, Lyla, Owen and Asher; and her former husband Andrew Glassburn (Cassidy Yocom).
