He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathaniel Patrick and Louise Patrick (Staggs); his son Jamie Marshall; and his sister Lucy. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia "Cindy" Patrick (Winker); his children, Phillip Patrick (Traci), Dana Cannon (Tim), Sid Patrick, Jr. (Mary), Charles Marshall, Jr. (Nancy) and Kelly Marshall; and his siblings, Wanda, Linda, Alma, Mark and Mack. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
