He was predeceased by : his parents, Vernice W. H. and Norma Lee Kruse (Craig); his former life partner Teresa N. (Farmer); and his grandparents, William T., Cleda Craig (Sutton), Paul M. and Sophia Kruse (Block).

He is survived by : his wife Lori A. Fetters; his brother Paul W. Kruse, MD (Donna); his goddaughter Stephanie A. Kruse; his children, Jennifer A. Taylor (Bill), Stephen P. Kruse and Jonathan A. Kruse; his stepchildren, Devon Fetters, MD and Morgan Fetters; his grandchildren, Will, Drew and Ben Taylor; and his aunt Jane Etter (Craig). He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations to either the American Heart Association or the American Diabetes Association are greatly appreciated.
