It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sue Ann Fowler of Kokomo, Indiana, born in Rochester, Indiana, who passed away on November 29, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father John Phebus; her husband Michael Fowler; and her stepmother Dorothy. She is survived by: her friend Purdue; her son Adam Fowler; and her friend David Atkisson (Susan).
