She was predeceased by : her parents, Earl Mortz and Mary Mortz (Lafferty). She is survived by : her children, Daniel Smith (Ann) and Rose (Chuck); and her cousins, Melanie Hatch (Roger) and Melinda Chalfant (Jim). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and 2 great great-grandchildren.
