She is survived by: her husband Gerry Avery, Sr.; her sons, Gerry Avery II (Cindy) and Tim Avery (Rachel); her grandchildren, Aaron Avery and Kelsie Avery; and her siblings, Chuck Hinders (Pat), Belva Yokum (Charlie) and Judy Tomassi. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
