He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Hooker and Norma Hooker; his parents-in-law, George and Edith Manning; his brothers, Michael and James Hooker; and his siblings-in-law, J. P. Manning, Kenneth Manning, Lloyd Manning, Troy Hobbs, Edward Fanjoy, Cliff Vowell, Fred Hensley, Lila Hobbs, Judith Young, Erma Coffey, Peggy Manning and Hattie Manning.
He is survived by: his wife Vicki Manning; his children, Brian Hooker (Angela) and Erin Courtney (Charles); his grandchildren, Regan Hooker, Jacob Hooker, Graham Courtney, Louis Courtney and Elliott Courtney; his sister Barbara Kingseed (Rex); and his siblings-in-law, Glenna Hensley, Marla Vowell, Lulan Fanjoy, Beverly Grimm, Johnny Coffey and Tim Grimm. He is also survived by fifteen nieces and fourteen nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Sunset Memory Garden (2097 W Alto Rd, Kokomo, IN 46902). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
