He was predeceased by: his father George Martin; and his sisters-in-law, Carol Gates Gaskill and Debra Williams. He is survived by: his wife Lori Kathryn Sohm Gaskill; his children, Elizabeth Stoughton and Darrell Sohm; and his siblings, Marty Gaskill, Dan Gaskill, Pat Gaskill, John Gaskill, Chris Gaskill, Rod Gaskill and Mary Snyder (George).
