Kazlas; his siblings, John Kazlas (Laura), Amie Kazlas, Angela Cochran (David), Steven Frick (Cathy), Jasper, Joseph Kazlas (Janet) and Brian Frick; his aunt Dora Adams of Benbrook, TX; and his uncle Allan Norville of Tucson, AZ. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
