He was predeceased by: his grandfather Ed Johnson; his great-grandparents, Clara Wilson, Mildred and Montel Johnson; and his great-uncles, Lester Wilson and Roger Wilson.

He is survived by: his parent Vanessa Johnson; his siblings, Nicholas and Clarissa Baker; his grandparents, Nancy and Jim Meiring; his aunts and uncles, Sonja, Kenny Tedlock, Bridgette, Les Felton, Todd, Danielle Meiring, Linda Fruth, Janet (Andy Anderson), Bill Meiring and Dustina (Rick Monnier); his cousins, Alisha, Josh, Quinnley, Jonas Kidwell (Johnson), Kourtney, Tabitha Tedlock, Chase Tedlock, William, Venetia, Liam Johnson, Matthew, Nicole, Berlynn Johnson, Mason, Trenton and JD Meiring; and his close friends, Robby Dausch, Chris Winn and Jason Mygrant.

Memorial contributions may be made to Vanessa Johnson, in lieu of flowers to help the family with final expenses.
