She is survived by: her daughter Shannon Rivers; and her siblings, Ronald Grooms (Mary), Carver Grooms (Rita), Linda Thorpe and Sharon Waldington. She is also survived by son, James Pride Jr.; 6 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren.
