Fletcher (Lemons); his children, Kimberly Shyann Brown (Josh) and Katlin Long (Logan); his stepchildren, Noah Gallaher and Breann Gallaher; his grandchildren, Peyton Stephen Brown, Violla Long and Isaiah Long; and his brothers, Clarence David Fletcher and James S. Fletcher.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Shirley & Stout Funeral Home & Crematory (1315 W Lincoln Rd, Kokomo, IN 46902). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
