It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of William J. Wittig of Kokomo, Indiana, born in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on May 28, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William G. A. and Verna Wittig (Crispen). He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Wood (Alan Stites), Pamela Campbell (Robert), Penny Wenger (Scott) and Dr. Gregory Wittig; his grandchildren, Travis (Martha), Sean, Troy Heflin (Megan), Ryan (Taylor), Chris Wittig (Cory), Elizabeth Mack (Mike), Rachel White (Shaun), Abby Campbell, Jessica Achey (Josh), Jordan, Seth and Bethany Wenger; and his siblings, Rich Wittig (Wyn), Robert Wittig (Marty), Don Wittig (Cathy) and Carol Ralstin (Max). He is also survived by eighteen great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, since Bill supported helping the homeless and veterans, the family is asking that memorial contributions may be made to C.A.M. ministries at 625 N. Union St. or to Jackson Street Commons at 322 E. Jackson St., both located in Kokomo, Indiana, 46901.
