He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Eugene and Loretta Monette Jumper (Marvin); his daughter Sharon Sue Coakley; and his sisters, Ellen Jumper, Marsha Welcher and Mary Shue.

He is survived by: his wife Kathy Jumper; his son William Jeffrey Jumper; and his siblings, Jerry Jumper (Gina), Floyd Eugene Jumper, Jr. and Alice Marie Roach. He is also survived by six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
