He was predeceased by: his father William Tharp; his sister Mary Shaw; his son Harley Mayhew; and his granddaughter Harley Jean Mayhew. He is survived by: his mother Joy Ann Duvall; his sisters, Suzanne Davis (Ronnie), Julie Tharp, Jennifer Murphy and Stephanie Duval; and his grandchildren, Ava Mayhew, Mia Mayhew, Harlynn Mayhew and Able Cooper.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Shirley & Stout Funeral Homes & Crematory (1315 W Lincoln Rd, Kokomo, IN 46902). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
