She was predeceased by: her parents, Morris Paulsen and Blanche Paulsen. She is survived by: her siblings, Art, Tom, Harry, Lauraine, Dorothy (Ardella) and Sue (Emil); her husband Wilbur "Wil" Hucker Jr.; her children, Katherine Pearson (Robert) of LaCrosse, Michael Hucker (Laura) of Jeffersonville and Margaret "Peggy" Evans (Michael) of Howe, Indiana; and her grandchildren, Michael (Alice), Trever (Lisa), Brian (Jill), Matthew (Jen), Molly (Joel), Mark, Luke (Jana), Amy (Candido) and Michelle. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Kosanke Funeral Home (309 S Main St, Kouts, IN 46347). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the LaCrosse Christian Church.
