He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius Williams and Donna Williams (Howell). He is survived by: his wife Carrie Smith; his children, Shawn Williams (Anna) of Kouts and Sarah Hefner (Justin) of LaCrosse; his grandsons, Scotty and Jax Hefner; and his siblings, Jeffrey Williams (Barb) of Valparaiso, Deborah Pavloff (Dan) of San Pierre and Jonathan Williams of Hobart. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins & friends.
