He is survived by: his wife Shirley Chambers of La Fontaine, IN; his children, Cindy Jeffries (Terry) of Fairmount, IN and Jeffrey Chambers (Tammy); his grandchildren, Jennifer Jeffries-Webb (Zach), Rachel Chambers, Courtney Chambers and Derek Chambers; his great grandchildren, Hudson Webb and Vivienne Webb; and his sisters-in-law, Ruby Chambers and Jean Chambers. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
