Alta Rison Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Alta Rison of La Porte, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 27, 2025 at the age of 104. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Alta Rison to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ben Stacy and Cynthia Stacy (Combs); her husband Ernest; her son Ernest Rison, Jr.; her granddaughter Rayna Rison; and her great grandchild Hunter.
She is survived by: her children, Bennie Ray Rison (Karen) of La Porte, IN and Tawnya Jean Dreiner of Cape Coral, FL; her grandchildren, Shawn C'Debaca (Robert), Lori McCarty, Wendy Hakes (Scott), Hayley Dreiner and Nigel Dreiner; her great grandchildren, Roberta, Jessica, Adrienne, Benjamin and Jackson; and her great great grandchildren, Kylee, Bradyn, Natalie, Jasper, Parker, Scarlett, Dalton, Lillian, Piper, Gunner and Taytum. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Viewing will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Haverstock Funeral Home and Cremation Services (602 Maple Ave, La Porte, IN 46350). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
