She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Hazelbaker and Barbara Jean McCorkel (Noel); her husband Randall Lee Conlin; and her nephew William Kahn. She is survived by: her daughter Nicole Losiniecki of La Porte, IN; her grandchildren, Timothy Robert Losiniecki Jr. (TJ), Todd Beron Jr. (Toddy) and Gracelynn Marie Beron; her sister Debbie Riggs (Brad); her niece Leslie Gilbert Riley Gilbert (Nick); Aliyah and Melinda.
