She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kepcha and Jane Kepcha (Trueax); her husband John "Jay" Kelley; her grandson Matthew Bline; and her siblings, John L, Darwin, Robert, Harlon, Mildred, Doris, Kathryn and Hazel.
She is survived by: her children, Dennis Kelley (Linda) of Indianapolis, IN and Lynn Bline (Robert) of Rolling Prairie, IN; her grandchildren, John Kelley (Macey), Brent Kelley (Anna), Conner Kelley (Carly) and Chrissi Bline; her great grandchildren, Logan Bline, Cameron Kelley, Luella Kelley, Cooper Jay Kelley and Aven Kelley; and her close friends, Jane Stephani and George Thompson.
