She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Bernie McMahan and Barbara McMahan-Hinton (Hollenberg); her sons, Brian Scheidel of La Porte and Eric Scheidel (Gabriella) of La Porte; her grandchildren, Layden Scheidel (Jesus) of La Porte, Mary Scheidel of La Porte and Hannah Smith of La Porte; her sister Bonnie Timm (Dennis) of La Porte; her nephews, Derek McMahan of La Porte, Garett McMahan of New York City, Jarred Timm of La Porte and Steve McMahan of La Porte; her stepfather Al Hinton; her brothers, Gary and Patrick McMahan; her sister-in-law Sigrid McMahan; her nephew Ryan Timm; and her former husband Don Scheidel Jr. Cindy.
