The memory of Dale C. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Juergensen and Anna Juergensen (Fisher). He is survived by: his children, Randall Juergensen of Indianapolis, Jan Pruiett (Jim) of Benton Harbor, MI, Jody Hanson of Titusville, FL, Amanda Brandy (Kevin) of Osceola and Lance Juergensen of Westfield; and his grandchildren, Jennifer Pruiett, Jason Pruiett, Jordan Beqiri, Zachary Hanson, Mary Hanson, Christian Hanson, Kasen Brandy, Knixley Brandy, Kwinlynn Brandy, Rowan Juergensen and Romi Juergensen. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law, and sisters-in-law.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 2nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center (2900 Monroe St, La Porte, IN 46350). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, December 2nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 2nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, December 2nd 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Patton Cemetery (1401 Rumely St, La Porte, IN 46350).
